- 1/2 cup of semolina (sooji)
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of raw sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 cardamom pod
- 1 tablespoon of almond meal
- Water
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat.
- Add the cardamom pod and fry for half a minute until fragrant.
- Add the semolina, sugar, milk, and a little water to help dissolve the sugar.
